Post Office hires other insurance companies to deal with the claim.
Had to provide information and statement few times as companies are not communicating with each other, huge delays and chaos. In addition I’ve spend a lots of money and time on the phone trying to solve the problem myself. Highly disappointed especially, that I didn’t cause the accident. Never Post Office insurance again.
