Withy King have been truly excellent throughout my claim, they have always been supportive and easy to contact. I have been dealing with Rebecca Callard and she has been faultless the whole way through this process. I have no legal knowledge or background so Rebecca really had to guide me through every step of the claim but she was always willing to spend time explaining everything fully to me in terms which I could understand completely. Although we have not yet received the outcome of the claim I am hopeful of a successful result and even if the result is not quite what I want I know that Withy King have put in every effort to achieve what I wanted.
