Avoid them as if you would avoid a Virus or a Plague

I've had such a frustrating time with this firm that I do not wish to explain in detail all the problems it would take a lot of my time to list every issue but I'll give you a general overview of this Solicitors. I would just like to inform you to please do not deal with them because the service is terrible, communication non-existent, traceability terrible, I had to check with them whether they had sent the information to the vendors solicitor or not leading to the seller nearly pulling out due to the delay in processing the information and replying to their quarries. When I questioned why everything was moving along so slowly I got shouted at. It was too late for me to switch to another solicitor I had to go ahead with them after all done and dusted I would pay double or even treble in fees to another solicitor to avoid the headache and the heartache I experienced dealing with them. This has simply been the worst experience of my life. As a first time buyer there is a lot to take in but when you combine that with bad service it really takes it toll on you.
