The company provided an extremely poor service, and I WILL NOT USE THEM AGAIN.
After a month of extensive searching no for a house, we found one that was perfect. I instructed the conveyances, and paid the deposit required. About 2 weeks after my money had cleared AND ABOUT 3 weeks after I had instructed them, the sellers agents contacted the firm, only to be told that I had not instructed them. There were a couple of less serious issues. I complained to the solicitor dealing and instead of acknowledging my complaints, I was rebutted over a matter of not reading their "generic" letter.

I was so disappointed with the response that I wrote twice to the managing director, and I heard nothing.

We lost out on our dream home partly due to the wrong communication provided to the sellers agents.
