Countrywide mortgages urged me to use these because they were cheap. FUC *ing useless. Cant get them on their premium rate number. They will not respond to e-mails. One week on they still have £20,000 of MY MONEY. I'm at a loss now, you just cant contact them. Avoid at all costs or it will cost you dearly.
