We used Chorus Law and were given a case manager who was superb. Every step of the way she guided us through a difficult time. She would keep us updated frequently even when there was very little new information to give, even when at times companies took longer than expected to return information she requested we were always updated. If I phoned I would get through straight away to my case manager and if she was away from her desk she always got back to me very quickly. Chorus Law made this experience as painless as possible.
