I recently had to use Castle Associates to help me with a grievance process I had taken out against my employer. They guided and advised me through a very stressful process and I truly believe the outcome (which was good) was down to the representation I had. One of the most important things for me was the fact they would always get back to you if your representative was not available, the admin staff were professional yet helpful.

It was a costly process for me but if I was in need of any employment advice, I would not hesitate to contact them again. Thank you Castle Associates.
