I had laser hair removal on my face which has worked wonders. They are very careful and always explain the methods and what sensation I will feel. They first clean the area, put a gel which is a bit cold and then start the laser. They gave me googles to wear to protect my eyes and asked me if I was comfortable before starting the laser. I had my underarms and bikini done. I will definitely start on other areas now as I wanted to see how it would turn out. My hair has gone!! I have been to other places before but this machine has been by far the best.

I am usually nervous about going through any treatment but they make you feel at ease and comfortable. The prices are always reasonable and this place never fails to impress me. The staff are always friendly and hospitable.

I would recommend this place 100% to anyone who wanted to have laser hair removal.

I have been using this salon for several years and would never go anywhere else. I have mesotherapy treatment on my face and it always exceeded my expectations. Magda works magic and my skin is always glowing after my visits. I often suffer from very bad acne and often have deep cleanse facials which also work a miracle (I would definitely recommend this).

The salon is very professional and I am always given a warm welcome when I enter. It is relaxing and smells great. I know that they only use the best machines/products and this is evident from the treatments that I have received.

I consulted with SPA Clinique Salon to undergo hair laser removal and followed the protocol to first do the the patch test, however I noticed some minor burns and irritation, When I enquired with the salon they advised that I come in for another test and advised that the treatment would be done with lower frequency. After the second test no further burns was experienced. I then purchased a hair laser package.

Following the first treatment I was left with significant burns and scarring on my legs. I immediately notified the salon about this and they advised me to use Bio-Oil. I continued to use this for a few weeks however the scars remained.

I visited the salon to show them the scars and it was agreed that they would refund me in full, as I was not comfortable to continue with the laser treatment and risk further scarring.

The manager agreed that a full refund would be done however for several months of calls and emails no further indication of payment or follow-up from the manager was received.

My last resort was to consult with lawyers who advised pursuing my legal rights to take this claim the legal route.

After almost 2 years I have now received my refund.

I visted SpaClinque after getting a deal from laser from KGB Deals for hair removal. The staff were generally rude and non-personal especially a elderly women who appeared to be a manager. I asked for the middle area of my eyebrows to be lasered and soon I realised once the treatement was over and having arrived in reception that the staff member had lasered and removed my quarter of my eyebrow. I was shocked when I looked in the reception mirror and all the other staff stood shocked. They apologised and said tried to say it was my fault and then blamed the goggles they asked me to put on. The staff member said she was not given the right equipment! they realised this will lead to a court case as its on my face and perminantly removed part of my eyebrow. I tried calling them rectify the problem and they have not answered to phone and made false promises, I am now taking leagal action againt this company. Avoid at all costs.
