After many years of waxing and shaving I have decided to get rid of my hairs forever, as I am Italian and brunette I had a lots of thick and dark hair. "I was recommended MEG by a friend who had completed her laser treatment at this place and reported excellent results. Folllowing her positive feedback, i booked a free consultation with the lovely Ewelina who welcomed me on on my appointment day with a menu from which i could choose a coffee. She took time to explain the process of laser treatment and was patient in answering my many questions. We completed a test patch and following no bad reaction, i started my treatment the following week. I was advised that a minimum of 6 treatments would be necessary and as there was a special offer going at the time, i booked six sessions. Viola completed the actual treatment and she is excellent. She is both experienced in her work and a bubbly vibrant person who keeps you entertained during the treatment which can last quite sometime, depending on what treatment you are having. Customer service is paramount and Ewelina and Viola are both demonstrators of this. Further to this, the standard of customer service has remained consistent during each session and this is what leaves the lasting impression. I will take this opportunity to also comment on the fresh and clean environment of the room used for treatment and top of the range equipment. A safe and hygienic place.
