“Ideal Image= FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!”

Ideal Imagea is just full of false advertisement!

They state they have a "Lifetime Warranty" which turns out to be one of their many rip-offs. You have to pay some arbitrary amount for EACH treatment area you want re-touched after the treatments covered on the original deal are over. Two different employees gave me two different prices for the touch ups of the same areas.
They hook you in with one of their "amazing deals", which turn out to be off of absurdly overinflated prices to begin with. They give EVERYONE at least 50% off their price sheet, no matter what, because the price sheet is ridiculously over-priced! They charged me the same amount of money for lips and under-chin as they charged a friend of mine for her thighs AND her boyfriend's back!!!! WTH?!!!
And painless? HA! If you consider someone snapping rubber bands continuously over the treatment area painless, then SURE! call it painless. While that kind of feeling might be bearable in some areas, it is most certainly NOT painless in more sensitive areas.
Finally, the contract states clearly that the treatment "MIGHT" induce growth of darker hair in areas close to the treatment area. Go ahead and sign it anyway, cause what are the odds that it will happen to you? Both my friend's boyfriend and I experienced growth of darker hair around the areas that were treated... So then, you have to start up ANOTHER contract, because that is a different treatment area, and not covered under your lifetime guarantee!!!!!!
THEN they tell you it must be your fault or your hormones or something... I got my hormones checked, they are fine... The hair growth is a side effect of the Laser Hair REMOVAL Treatment!!!!!!!! Talk about a freaking catch 22!!!!!!!
I would only recommend this place to my worst enemy, and even then I would feel like a douche-bag...

This false advertisement is true. I bought a package thinking that it was a life time warranty and it wasn't. In order to keep getting treatments, I needed to pay a percentage of the total package value for each treatment. Also, Ideal Image is very sketchy with their responses. During my consultation I was told that I was the perfect candidate for the treatment. I have very light tanned skin and very dark hair. After my treatment was over with still a considerable amount of hair, they just simply told me that maybe I wasn't a good candidate for the treatment. WTH? Do they even know what they are doing? That are rumors that ideal image laser can never stop hair from growing as their add states. Be careful when purchasing treatments from ideal image. You may wanna do researches on the side because if questions are asked to the consultants, they will use persuasive techniques to make you think you are getting a good deal and that you will be happy with the results.
