I purchased tis laptop and from the moment I turned it on, it came on in a foreign language that I later discovered was Finnish. Upon contacting the seller, he more or less indicated that it was my fault as he implied that I had set it up wrong, but I was unable to set it up as it was already in Finnish. The seller suggested I contact Toshiba Technical Support to sort this out. This I did, and it took one and a half hours on the phone and a further three hours to sort the problem out, Toshiba make a charge for this srvice and there was also the cost of the phone call. despite having sent three e-mails to the seller, I have yet to recieve a reply. I have now got the laptop working, but it skips pages when I am working with it.
