OK so you want a 3d TV, do not care about having the most modern, but want some glasses with it so you can see the effect, time for this little (ha ha ha) baby to shine.

The LG42LM3400 is a 42 inch high definition TV, with a party pack (small party) of 4 passive 3D glasses. This really is easy to set up.

We have a PS3, hooked up and set up, just had to adjust the video settings for a 42 inch.

Despicable me is the film to watch, really, ever wondered why they have the ticket just floating in space in it? Buy an LG, set it up properly, watch, it winds up 2 feet (60cm) from your nose!

The TV has to be set up properly to get the best effect. If it does not look good try going into the settings menu on the 3d menu and adjusting the output to the other side ie if it says right to left, set it left to right! The results will be outstanding, literally.

The TV will also convert 2D to 3D, the results are not as good as 3D originals, but is acceptable nevertheless. The picture is bright, steady and no flicker when in 3D. Apparently these are now end of line as the next years model is being made and sold, so there are some cracking bargains out there, ours was under £400, delivered off of Amazon, superb results for less cash than it would cost you for a smaller non 3D TV out of Currys!
