It is simply impossible to contact anybody at this company, calls to their so called contact centre are (only open for a few hours each day) never answered and contact emails are only answered by the automated bot which acknowledges your query has been received but doesn’t actually ever answer your questions. Heaven only knows what would happen if they had supplied faulty or the wrong items and you wanted to return or exchange anything. Just terrible !!

The managing director at Shower Seal has been a pleasure to work with and I hope that we can continue to do business in the future.

I have nothing but praise for Shower Seal ltd. I had been looking to replace a broken roller for my Sovereign shower enclosure. Every stockist I contacted said the rollers needed were no longer in production and that they could not help. But the managing director of Shower Seal ltd, took a different approach. He explained that although the type of roller needed was out of production he would be able to manufacture a replacement from an original roller. I sent off a complete working roller to him and after a short while he sent me back a prototype to try out. Having given him feedback as to how the prototype functioned, a few adjustments later, I was sent replacement roller sets which are working great, almost better than the originals ever did!

You are able to view the dimensions of the seals which is a great help, quick delivery and well packaged! Hassle free transaction, got exactly what i was after, will defiantly use you again. Many thanks

It is very hard to find replacement parts for shower doors. Shower Seal have provided me with substitute Shower Door Wheels on two occasions.

The substitute parts have been higher quality that the originals and have worked faultlessly.

In addition the the time from placing the order to a Saturday morning delivery (their standard delivery) was 1.5 days. Stunning.

I have been looking for a spare part for my shower for two weeks, no one had this in stock. I contacted Bath Empire who immediately sent me out a part to see if it was compatible, the part was perfect and of good quality. The customer service I received was excellent and I will recommend and use Bath Empire again.

After a search online for a new seal for my shower screen, I came across the website of "The Shower Seal", which I found particularly easy to navigate. Each item was very clearly labelled, with accurate measurements, a photograph and a description. Given that I am not technical at all, I was very pleased I was able to make the selection myself.

The delivery was very efficient and when the purchase arrived, it was very adequately and thoughtfully packaged, which made carrying it home from work across London on the underground a straightforward task.

There should be more businesses such as this, which focus on customer service. Needless to say, I would highly recommend it.

I was quite concerned searching the web for the door seal of an obsolete shower cabin. This company gave me quick service and most of all the ability to discuss the product in detail before purchase. I found this site and found I had the product within 24 hours at my home. I will recommend them to anyone.
