Very informative and helpful website which tells you everything you need to know. It explained clearly how to identify which tap valves I needed and how to fit them. There was also lots of other useful information not usually seen on an online store’s website. Based on this I ordered a pair Franke Venician tap valves. Order was delivered quickly with no issues, and when contacted customer service were quick to provide helpful advice. I’d definitely recommend Taps & Sinks Online.

Having endured a leaking kitchen tap for a couple of weeks I took to the internet and fortunately came across Sinks and Taps Online very quickly. Their very easy to navigate website allowed me to find the make and model of tap concerned which then paved the way to a list of spare parts stocked and links to detailed maintenance information describing how to fit the required parts. I ordered replacement valves on the Thursday afternoon and whilst I was initially told to expect delivery on the following Tuesday, the courier, Dpd, put them through my letterbox three days earlier on the Saturday. Following the step by step maintenance information provided I had the new valves fitted to my tap in under 15 minutes. Job done and, most importantly, no more drips. A fabulous, excellent service from start to finish.

Really impressed with ‘tapsandsinksonline’. I needed to replace a cold ceramic valve for my 2014 Howdens Lamona High Tech tap that had developed a drip. These valves come in all shapes and sizes, but I have previously changed the hot valve, so I assumed that it would be very straightforward. However, my new valve, sourced from a different company did not fit. The ‘tapsandsinksonline’ website was really useful in explaining that the original valves (3547r) were discontinued in 2015 and helpfully recommending the 4276r as a replacement. A quick email to someone at ‘tapsandsinksonline’ confirmed this. The part arrived promptly and was a perfect fit. All other websites I looked at did not mention that the new 3547r valve would not fit my tap.

The advice and information found on the ‘tapsandsinksonline’ website, together with her knowledge and prompt response, have saved me a lot of work and expense in finding the right replacement valve. So many thanks! Excellent service- very highly recommended.

I needed a new ceramic valve but as I am an old fogey only used to rubber washers and the like, I was bamboozled as I had no idea there were so many types. As advised by the site, I sent photos and the measurements requested and they promptly identified my needs which I ordered. The price seemed reasonable compared to other sites. They also sent links to info helping me to do the job.

Throughout, the service was very prompt, friendly and not condescending. The part arrived and I fitted it with excellent results - all this took just under 6 days from initial contact. I will definitely use them again if required and I exhort anyone else to do the same! Huge thanks to all.

Excellent service, decent prices and a broad range of products you won't find in many other places. They had a difficult to find item in stock and then kept me informed all the way through a disrupted delivery so I didn't have to worry my stuff was going astray.

I have never encountered anyone so unhelpful. The Customer care member has no positive suggestions. She doesn't explain herself clearly in emails and either has no knowledge or just can't be bothered. She clearly has something else to do today.

I needed to replace a couple of valves in my kitchen tap which appeared to have been originally installed with non standard parts you would have expected from that particular model. I searched online and contacted Taps and Sinks in the hope they could help. The Customer Service at this company is 'second to non'. Based on what was probably a confusing e-mail request from me they responded very quickly with suggestions and options and are clearly very knowledgeable about their products.

Excellent online customer service and support, who really know their stuff and are enthusiastic, helpful and honest. They reply promptly to emails and provide 'How to' online videos on diy. From a short description they were able to identify the type of ceramic disk valves I needed for my dripping kitchen tap, and encouraged me to go ahead and replace them, instead of trying to sell me a new tap. They sell a huge range of spare parts for all brand of taps, including Bristan, Franke, Howdens,Cooke and Lewis, Caple, Homebase and many others. They also supply Carron Phoenix and San Marco kitchen taps and Carron Phoenix sinks. Prices are generally a bit cheaper than you can find elsewhere.
