The service provided from first entering the showroom was excellent. The salesman explained exactly what would happen and when, and the timescales given were all kept to. The fitter phoned as planned and actually brought the start date forward by a day which was good news. He left the place tidy each evening and kept us advised of what was happening and checking our understanding and gaining approval at each stage.
The complete process was fully explained before it was started and the computer generated pictures of the finished kitchen were brilliant
The finished result was even better than we expected and the attention to detail was outstanding. We could probably have got the kitchen cheaper but the finish was so good and the time it took to complete was so quick that I believe it was worth paying that bit extra
I would recommend Premier to anyone that wants a hassle free quick fitting with the minimum of fuss. I am delighted with my new kitchen.
