Nightmare
After reading the 3 other reviews I endorse everything that was written .The service is none existant God help you if you have a problem the staff pass the buck so you can never get anything resolved , when you go into the show room initially they are friendly and helpfull once they have the order and start work on the kitchen thats when your problems begin , to cut a long story short my advice to anyone considering a new kitchen from them is DONT you are only giving yourself grief . Staff are evasive blame each other for problems that have occured promise to call you back never do its not unusual to phone 3/4 times and still get no where they have unlimited excuses . In a nutshell staff are completely unprofessional incompetant and horrendous to deal with do yourself a favour and go some where else
I agree proper jokes the fitters r alcoholics that only care about we're the next drink is coming from u can smell it on them every day and they try to pass off inferior products as quality ones

Shop around as you can buy better quality than them.
They would not come out and fix the problem. After what aftercare, you will get no guarantee

The customer services is very poor not good at all ..we kept calling them week after week months after months they kept saying call mondays or next week unbelievable they !!! ..takes soooo long for little job to do(fitting shelf) ...how can it be four years guarantee when their customer services like that ?!!

Planning A New Kitchen
Phil was very helpful on all my three visits to his showroom, at the end of the third visit he printed off a 3D picture of the kitchen. Though we had asked about a price previously, Phil still did not have a price fore the kitchen. He then offered to phone me the next day with the quote, but when the next day came and it got to 2 PM, and no quote, I thought I would ring Phil. Unfortunately I got through to one of his colleagues, who said the quote was still not done. He promised to ring me back, but I have not heard from Phil Garnett Kitchens, since that day.
So if you want helpful advice Phil is the person to see, but don't expect to know how much he is going to charge you!
