I had two 'Cali Black' mirrors from them, both failed. The first lasted for around 2 months before falling off its supports, the second barely an hour. The original hanging was done by the plumber as part of a bathroom refurb (4 fixings, flush with wall e.g. no issue there). There is a serious quality control issue with the way the support bars are fixed to the back of the mirror (grab adhesive).

When it fell it left live electrical wires exposed and damaged our bathroom worktop and tiles. They're heavy mirrors so could have caused serious injury if it falls on a foot.

I will however also say their customer support so far has been very responsive and helpful, full marks there but I didn't buy the mirrors for the customer support they provide.

This company does not care about its customers. We opened the item just after the 30 day period as we're not aware of there terms to inspect within 30 days.

A £200 bathroom cabinet with a broken mirror. Absolutely no sympathy and very rude.

I Purchased a mirror from Pebble Grey, 6 weeks ago for a new bathroom, i opened last week to find the wall bracket missing and damage to the mirror itself, looking at the box, it seem that this was repackaged and sent to me, i.e another client had sent back and they have resent to me. i brought in good faith and yes i should have opened before but i stupidly trusted Pebble Grey to provide me with a quality product. they have refused to do anything and about this and it quite clear they have supplied a incomplete damaged product. Be Careful

Having purchased a total of 4 mirrors my 4th and most recent mirror was terrible quality.

It was poorly made, badly made and cheaply made.

The doors aren’t flush because of the wiring, they are uneven and the casing inside extremely cheap.

Really disappointed

Demister cabinet failed just after the 12 months initial warranty.

Although PebbleGrey harp on about their 10 year warranty as they are so confident on their products, when it comes to claiming don't hold your breath.

PebbleGrey will not honour the warranty despite providing proof of purchase or invoice.

Staff are rude, abnoxious and utterly heartless with no sympathy for their customers (well ex customers!!).

Steer clear of this company and instead buy from a more established and reputable company that appreciates and values their customers.

Everything about this company is Grey.

Avoid PebbleGrey!

Bought expansive over 400 cabinet did not install and left in box waiting for bathroom Refurb

Once installed within 4 months one of the hinges became faulty preventing one of the doors being used

Missed opportunity to register for extended warranty due to item being left boxed was not informed there was a time limit on this

Company report they do not have any hinges and can’t get any for items they sell?

They suggested I look online myself

BEWARE

I purchased 3 expensive illuminated mirrors, one didn’t fit the wiring that was in place, so was not fit for my purpose. I called and requested a return/refund, but as this request was outside of this companies tight 14 day return policy, all they were willing to do was offer me an exchange. This didn’t help me. I wouldn’t recommend this company if your looking for illuminated bathroom mirrors, buy from another company with at least a 30 day refund/return policy, and better customer service.

The two boxes of mirrors arrived and when open were both found to be completely smashed up. No responsibility taken by this morally bereft company.

Don't touch with a bargepole!

Purchased an LED mirror from pebble grey, service was spot on, delivery was spot on, communications was spot on, nice to see a company that delivers what it promises.

We bought one illumiated mirror which was excellent value so we bought a second mirror with additional backlight led different from the first and was again impressed both times the mirror arrived the following day great value and service
