We have visited the Suttoncoldfield branch three times now. The first time was just a drop in to see what they had on display and then two booked appointments to get a design and the details signed off. The staff were always very friendly and approachable and the manager is spot on with he’s knowledge of their kitchens and with he’s designs. We had previously visited another kitchen design showroom who had taken hours to do a design we weren’t too happy with, yet the manager at Suttoncoldfield knew exactly what to design for our space, budget and taste. He was able to give lots of information about the big and small details including what works best, we were always put at ease with no hard sell, add-ons or unknown costs. We are being kept up to date with our order via email and we can’t wait to get it delivered. We have already had compliments from just the pictures provided, a great easy, streamlined friendly service
