We were very impressed with the service provided in the design of the kitchen at Sutton Coldfield showroom. He took the time to ensure that we were fully happy with the design and that the kitchen was designed as practically as possible for a young family. We advised him that we were having an extension built and that it would be a few months before we would be in touch to confirm a start date for the works to commence and for the kitchen to be ordered.
We have called KutchenHaus 10 days ago to request a call back so we can move things forward - as I type we are still awaiting a call back....may go elsewhere if no contact made by the end of the week!!
