In the run up to Christmas 2014 my reliable NEFF double oven packed in and I was in a quandary as to who to turn to for a speedy replacement. Having googled local suppliers, I was drawn to in-toto kitchens at Hipperholme as it was so near to where I live. I wasn't sure if they would be able to supply and fit a single appliance as the company seemed to provide entire kitchens, so on Sunday 3rd December I contacted in-toto with an initial email enquiry. I got an immediate response saying that one of their personnel would contact me the following day. Which he did. And from that moment on the professional and friendly service made ordering and organising the replacement easy although it certainly was not trouble-free for the company! A member of staff kept me informed as to the progress of the work, going above and beyond when the initial replacement couldn't be sourced in time and arranging with another firm of suppliers to find an alternative. I ended up with a fantastic deal thanks to his efficiency.
The same member of staff paid me a visit the Thursday before to ensure that my concerns about the new cooker fitting the vacating space were understood and was incredibly reassuring, bringing the new oven spec with him to talk through with me. Having given me the installation time, he and a colleague were splendidly early, giving me a new cooker within 1/2 an hour of their arrival. They took away the old cooker and packaging and left the kitchen clean and tidy. I was hosting Christmas for my in- laws, having lost my wonderful husband to cancer in February. So you can imagine the importance of this event in bringing the family together. Our Christmas Day meal was an absolute triumph! I also received a courtesy call just after Christmas asking if everything was still alright with the new oven. Outstanding service.
The consideration and courtesy of all staff were exemplary.
