Where do I begin to list the problems with my Ikea kitchen? The induction stove is not flat - my pans burn on one side. The dishwasher (Skinande) has been repaired 6 times in 6 months, and still does not clean properly. My sink leaked because the seals on the sink were not watertight. The Ikea installer was horrible - constantly yelling at his workers, impatient, not showing up when he said he would, cancelling appointments last minute, etc. He installed damaged parts and tried to hide them under drawer inserts. Ikea kitchens claim to be inexpensive, but when you consider all the hassles and repairs, it pays to go elsewhere. Ikea has no interest in making sure your kitchen satisfies your needs, they just want the contract and to get you out of their hair as soon as possible after you sign the contract. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere.
