We encountered multiple issues and customer service is awful.

1. While ordering kitchen they showed us different units and we choose our liking units. As we got quotation from other provider they price matched it but while price matching they changed units to cheaper versions without informing us. While fitting the kitchen we noticed and queried about it with branch manager. He was so rude and informed that as we opened package he can’t take them back and need to pay extra to get the versions that we asked while ordering.

2. There were multiple issues with kitchen planning as they didn't bothered to measure the kitchen properly and when queried about it they said that kitchen planning is only complementary service and we should be checking it.


At the end we ended up with inferior kitchen than what we were promised at the starting. very disappointing and stressful experience.

Beware, if you stress anything then they will just show you the terms and conditions page that nobody reads.
