Took six months from initial visit by Howdens kitchen planner to completion of task. This because we chose the more radical of two designs offered. Thus old kitchen stripped to include floor and ceiling. Forunate with builder involved. Howdens staff at Porth were excellent all along. Numerous visits to their base and online queries, all attended to in an exemplary manner. Original designer got promoted half way through project but the transition to his colleague was seamless and a pre installation visit done to check all was appropriate.
Now that the units are in place we find them more than adeqate and are delighted with our new kitchen.
The extractor fan glass was minimally chipped on one corner. This was promptly replaced.
Well done all at Howdens Porth.
