As a BMX bike, the Haro Backtrail X1 runs pretty well on dirt and on land. Its really great to do some awsome tricks such as pop a wheelie. The tires never has any damage. Usually, as a bike rider, you may encounter several obstacles, such as glass or anything else as sharp as glass. As a Haro Biker Backtrail X1, I must say that the tire are amazing and are very supportive.

I have a Haro Backtrail 08 X1 in special red and I have had it about a year now. Nothing gone wrong except the brakes and tyres like you would expect. Really nice 2 ride and a perfect size sprocket [36 tooth]. BRILLIANT BIKE

I have had my bike for 3 to 4 years now and it is not in very good shape. i thing that it could be a lot more durable and that they should make it a a lot lighter. the frame could be stronger last year i went off a jump and the frame hit my pelvis and there is a huge dent in my frame now.the rims are not the strongest mine are all bent up but of course I ride street.the bike is way to heavy for street but is perfect for dirt and off road .within the first 2 months my grips were all worn out. since i ride street my spokes are all messed up and bent ,and the sproket could be a little smaller. but to me the main problem is the weight it is WAY to heavy

Awesome bike for the dirt. Its short and good for spins but i found it kinda heavy. Overall i quite like the Haro Backtrail X1

excellent buy for $400 au! i liked that it has 3pc crank, double walled tires,47 spokes, gyro and real strong frame. i think that the x1 haro is excellent value for money. it is not light enough for park/street or freestyle its built for the track so its really heavy so its durable.

Its light. I like that it is sexy looking, the Haro Backtrail X1 is an ok bike, there are better ones for sale at the moment so i probably wouldnt recommend this.

-The sprocket is to big
The rims are not strong

I like just how you can tail whip it as hard as you can without bending a rim and for how heavy they feel there good for taking off road and for speed.....overall its a great bike. Get one it's worth every penny I would even pay more for one. Awesome!

over all i just luv the Haro Backtrail X1 its the best you should buy it but dont get ripped off, some guy sold me mine for $250 but took off $10 so we thought we were getting a good deal but right after i learned that i could have gotten it for like $200 you save $50 that doesnt sound like much but you can spend it on new brakes for pegs or on anything else you want

It is pretty much a good bike. The only thing is the weight problem. The rest is all good!

The BMX Haro Backtrail X1 is awesome for people who are still just learning. It's pretty light, and has some good parts attached to it. The only bad thing is it's for beginners. I've had this bike for about 6 months, and I'm breaking parts like there is no tomorrow. For jumps of 4ft high or less this bike is perfect, but for bigger jumps you should get a stronger bike.

I bought my Haro Backtrail X1 BMX second-hand, the previous owner wasn't that brilliant and cased it on a jump, I still need to do some work on the front end where he bent the forks and dented the headset, i've been riding it in this condition for about a month and there has been no problems jumping off walls, tabletops, berms etc. It's taken everything i've thrown at it and its still going strong. It would be a brilliant bike for beginners.

I have had this BMX as an early Christmas present and I have been riding for about 5 months now (previous bike GT Vertigo) I took the Haro over my local dirt scene and thought it was excellent for pulling off six packs and you could easily do the hip with out totalling. On the way back I busted some street and thought that it was good and light and definitely suitable for beginners or people who enjoy dirt and street.
