I purchased this very expensive juicer and was pleased with its performance. However after a few weeks the juice strainer (Plastic part inside) split. I was told this was not covered under the warrranty and only manufacturing defects are covered. Im not sure what is covered if this part split whilst juicing vegetables at home. I was forced to pay $55 for a replacement part which im still waiting for one month later. Do not let your purchase be swayed by the '5 year' warranty....
