I bought a ring for 16 pound in which was bought for me and I wore it to try on and it was far to small! I go to the shop with receipt and they tell me that there is a tiny mark in which they looked at it with a magnifying glasses on, not noticeable and they tell me they can’t refund or even exchange as it can’t be resaleable, they also suggest to go to a jewellers and fork out £7 to get it resized!! Now I am stuck with this ring because of a tiny mark. Wouldn’t recommend going to buy a ring !
