No idea about customer service

I went here to get a ring resized. The ring was a surprise for my birthday so the first resizing didn't fit (as it was a guess in my friends part) so I took it back and Midas said they'd resize it again with no extra cost. Although this was nice, the treatment I got was a little frosty. Upon picking the ring up again, it still didn't fit, and the emerald had been cracked. The latter they just dismissed, but they agreed the ring didn't fit, and so agreed to resize it a third time. After picking it up again, it still didn't fit! I'm so disappointed, I don't understand how they got it so wrong. This time I got a 'well we're done with this now' attitude. You're a jewellers, you measured my finger (twice), the ring is still far too big, that's your fault not mine. In the end I gave up, I'm going to have to go somewhere else to get the ring to fit me. I felt that Midas didn't really care if the ring fitted me or not (even though that's the service I was there for).
Really disappointed. I won't be going back or recommending them that's for sure.
