Just taken delivery of my two rings,one made with my own gold one with purchased gold. Both are beautiful,extremely well made and engraved. Staff are always very helpful and will help you to decide what is best for your requirements if needed. I highly recommend G.H. Moore they always over deliver.

We chose our wedding rings at G H Moore. Mine had to be resized and when it arrived and I tried it on with my engagement ring, it wasn't quite what I wanted. Having rung to discuss the problem first, we drove all the way back to Birmingham to try again. The assistant was polite and helpful, we found a plain band which we are very happy with, and not only did they agree to an exchange, they refunded the small difference in price, which I had not expected, as it was basically my error. We came home feeling pleased with the way the difficulty had been handled, and pleased with the result, which after all, I will be wearing every day for the rest of my life!

How wonderful is this company! Recommended to me by another jeweller in Chichester, who couldn't speak highly enough of them. They listened to what I wanted, sent me ring width samples and then made me a unique ring - "made to measure" I returned it for a slight adjustment and then received it back within a couple of days at no charge. Been going here for years, and the service just gets better and better. The staff are superb, especially H. and A. - what customer service. Have recommended this to family and friends who now go there too. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Their off the shelf items are fantastic, and the designs and advice they have given for custom made items has been exceptional. Bracelets, rings, earrings, so may different ideas. Will definitely be going back again and again.

Went in for opal ring the service was excellent, good advice and as jewellery can be resized on site could take ring home within an hour. I also had a diamond reset and again the advice was extremely helpful. Would recommend a visit for any jewellery as the choice is excellent.

G H Moore & Son made me a beautiful bracelet to match a necklace I had purchased from them some 14 years ago. As I live 60 miles away I sent them a photograph of my necklace, and G H Moore & Son confirmed that they could make a bracelet to match. When it arrived in the post I was absolutely thrilled with the finished item. The service was excellent from start to finish. In fact I was so happy with the service that I am going to visit them next weekend to purchase an eternity ring.

Simple repair, expertly executed, with fantastic customer service. My wife lost the center diamond in her engagement ring, G.H Moore & Son quoted to replace the center mount, find a diamond to our specification, rebuild the shank and clean the ring. To say my wife was delighted would be an understatement. Delivered on time and to our budget. Add to this that I has tried to get roses delivered to G H Moore & Son to make the collection on our wedding anniversary extra special and they agreed to accept delivery, clearly customer service is a key to their business. When the flowers failed to be delivered, the owner's wife offered to hand deliver them to us at our home! The courier delivered them 2 days later, and true to their word, they were delivered to us at home. I cannot speak too highly of the friendly service, professionalism and craftsmanship.

I had a pair of gemstone earrings repaired, to make the drops more secure. I also had a pendant set in silver, which was remodelled in gold, they did a fantastic job, and kept to the estimate in price and time.
