Bought a Pandora bracelet as a present for my sister in law. Unfortunately the clasp broke after a few weeks and had to take it back. The sales person who dealt with me could not have been less helpful or shown less empathy if she had tried. No replacement was offered and I was told the bracelet had to go back to Pandora for either repair or replacement. This could take 6 weeks. I received no apology for the product being faulty and had to go away to get proof of purchase with my bank statement. I will never ever purchase anything from Chisolm Hunter again in Livingston. Worst customer service and rude staff I have ever experienced.
