Impossible to log on during bank holiday weekend. Becoming a poor organisation in terms of customer service. Needed to close one account which has stopped earning the interest it started with on opening but they just 'forgot' to let me know.

This used to be my No1 high street financial organisation when I joined over ten years ago. It does not even feature in the top ten for me now.
