Old online banking was so easy to understand and navigate. This new 'upgraded' version is truly awful. Much too complicated to navigate. I have to spend time hunting for the transaction I want to view. Who on earth are the people in charge who think that this has been a good idea. Utterly Useless!

I quite agree. Designed by someone who spends their life using an i-phone.
