The global Hexagon is just a faceless data driven entity with no soul, no trust of its staff to make decisions and no real desire to help its customers. It lacks any social responsibility and doesn't allow its staff to have any empathy with the human beings on the other side of its doors.
I used to believe in the brand. Not any more, I hope i'm not alone - but in the grand scheme does HSBC really care about its customers? Really, when its just a large tower in Canary Wharf with a brand icon "a Red & White that's so impersonal as it is?
