I had to wait 4 weeks for my bankcard because they ''forgot'' to send me it when I applied.
They lost my provement of adress letter so I had to come back 4 times. And when I finally after 5 weeks got my bank card, they sent the pincode to a wrong adress so I had to wait for one more week on my pin code.

In two words: Terrible bank
