Been with this bank for all of 1 month after transferring from ING. Absolutely appalling! The transfer included 5+ letters , 2 pins, car reader, authentication card and a membership number. Online banking totally confusing to use.
Tonight I accidntally locked my pin.. not suprising number of activities just to logon. So far I have phone there help line 3 times, had a contact centre lady I could not understand, been passed twice and cut off twice... an told I need to go to a branch!
