I have been in an IVA with pay plan for 2 years I have paid the over £2,500 and the have paid £12.00 to my creditors I still owe £4,500 when I could have paid this off my debt . I still have 3.5 years left and the have told me they need further fees.

As this IVA arrangement was started by a Government Body it is time for the Government to step in and smell the coffee.
