I would only grade Corfu Chandris Hotel as a 4. This hotel either needs more staff or general training in customer service especially within the restaurant area. Tables were being left unattended, customers waiting for crockery and cutlery. Maitre D during a 10 day holiday was seen only once, and that was to promote the 'Panny Girl' evening for which you needed to pay 10 euro. The Thomson Rep was inundated with complaints over rooms etc each time a british flight came in. Reconsider Thomson this grading, as being a customer it is not the fitness centre that gives it its Platinum rating but the service within the hotel, and this is overall lacking in customer service.
