Owners don't care

Area and skiing fantastic, but major let down is the owners of this establishment!. They seriously do not care about customers, they are only interested in their own social life with their local friends.
Stayed for Christmas, one family had to ask for a Christmas tree to be put up to make the experience more Christmassy for their children.
Christmas Day meal was rushed and very small portions, the hosts left for a local bar part-way through the meal so they could enjoy themselves!
Serious lack of hot water, so not all guests could have hot shower after a long day skiing.
I mentioned to one of the owners on the first day that she must really enjoy creating a special customer experience to run a business like this............she just stared at me as if she didn't know what I meant!
