“FSS CAR PARKING AT MANCHESTER”

Used this car park FSS plenty of times before but don't know if they have been taken over. We waiting 30mins in the cold each way. The price on the web site quoted is NOT what you get charged. Its a lot more. No loyality discount given although used for leisure and business. Just beware !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
