Do not send people for unless they are golfers

Likes grounds pool rooms ok end of . I had a omelette the lunch time we arrived , you could have bounced it off the wall and it took 20 minutes and we were the only people at the pool bar .
Dislikes the worst food I have ever eaten , chicken drum stick for main meal with blood in them, tinned fruit salad for dessert,
Breakfast 3star bacon and sausage looked steamed in the hot pan but not bad overall.
Room , we had to be moved at 10.30 pm as when we returned to our room the the bath was covered in flys and ants and water coming up the plug hole , there first thing the did was send someone with areasol cans , bur even she said said no no very bad , so we got moved , not a bad room but very dark. This was our first night .
We spoke to the manager and got offered the chance to use the golf club house , as in there words the menu is better down there but it shuts at 7pm
As the manager could not offer anything better we then contacted your Stockport office who then put us to your customer service, They saved our holiday and we cannot thank them enough for getting it sorted for us so quickly ,
It is the first time we have holidayed with you but it will not be the last I am sure of that .
The flight was excellent for time , staff and comfort .
So well done to all your staff , and that includes you agent that came to the hotel to see us.
Just remembered the manager asked your agent to come in the day before he came to see us , and order a omelette at the pool bar , and I said I bet it was ok and he said yes and the staff did not know I was coming as I reminded him they have phones that connect !!!, but he was very kind to us.there is more I could say but would run out of space , we have photos of certain things that happened . The the uncooked chicken was the worse thing .
