Amazing Place .. The staff are great especially the animation team : Hamdy, Pingo and the Best Besho haha :) you will have loads of fun with these guys, to be honest the food isnt as good but what do you expect in egypt =)) ooh and there is'Go Crepe'' on the pool its amazing (not all inclusive but worth paying for) they the most amazing crepe and waffles ever plus you get free Ice Cream on each order so instead from getting ice cream from the hotel service you will find'go crepe'' by the pool its like a Hawaiian hut ..hmmmm.. the beach and pool are amazing,,

I enjoyed my stay at Hauza Beach primarily for the atmosphere created by the wonderful friendly and helpful staff, the stunning views and access to the beach together with the company we found. It is good value for money with all the general concerns such as clean rooms, fresh towels and linen attended to. While people may complain about the food I found there was always something you would like in the offer and it was great to enjoy food at different times of the day provided by the bars around the pool and on the beach. The views of Tiran island from this hotel are simply stunning and create a wonderful backdrop while you eat, relax or swim.We enjoyed the entertainment on the resort. There is a lot to do and discover in Sharm el Sheikh and the rest of Egypt so I would recommend the various trips and excursions which the Hauza Beach Resort hotel can help you plan.

This hotel should be rated minus 5 star. as it is the worst hotel i have ever stayed in. my family was poisioned with their badly cook food. their enterainment is a joke. the managment at the hotel are a discrace, especially Mr Mido!!!!! the grounds are unlevel, holes you could dissapear into and any person who ever goes back or recons this is a good hotel should go see their doctor for medical help. SEE YOU IN COURT MR MIDO FOR THE DAMAGES YOU CAUSED MY WIFE FOR FALLING AT YOUR HOTEL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This hotel is the worst hotel i have ever stayed in - the food is terrible , poor choice , cooked with no skill , verey cheap ingredients , does not cater for children at all . drinks are served in cheap plastic cup , the staff are hostile and rude , no service element to his hotel at all - you will have to wait in line for drinks and food .
the rooms are basic , sheets are not changed
i had diarohhea the 2nd day of my 10 day holiday and still have it 7 days after returning to the uk .
choose your hotel wisely and dont come here it claims to be a 5* at best its a 2* egyptian hotel , its run down and dated and full of rude russians with a few nicely mannered italians
you have been warned !!!!

Rooms were clean and well attended to as were the toilets. The food was not british food, not 2 my taste but loads of it and we were never hungry. Hotel staff very helpfull along with animation team and bar staff. major problems with the young men who are intense when selling you hair braiding, henna tatoos, manicures etc, also dont be duped by the cousin who is a taxi driver, he is not a real taxi driver and we ended up being driven half way round the desert while he tried to avoid the police. Be warned you will be taken from resort across 2 roads and 2 a seedy wee shop for this, veryuncomfortable.

just come back from this resort and absolutely loved it! rooms are cleaned and sheets and towels etc are changed everyday. staff are always there to help and are very polite. entertainment on every night, mini disco for the younger ones then shows for all ages. the food was good, just a little repetitive. pools are clean and beach is lovely, lovely sea and it is amazing for snorkeling. already looking to go back next year! xxxxxx

We stayed at Hauza with 2 adults and 2 bigger kids. We had an abolutely great time. The staff was very friendly and more than helpful (if you treat them with respect, they'll do almost anything to make your stay fantastic.
The food was based on local kitchen: We loved it, but when you're only used to prefab food, it's disappointing: It's fresh and made with a lot of care and
passion.

We stayed here last year for a week and loved it so much we have booked again for this year (2010). It has everything we need as a family with ages from 6 to 16 years. I looked at other hotels but the Hauza was the only one that catered for all of us, and within our price range. Would thoroughly recommend and have no idea why it has bad reviews. ENJOY!

This is the worst hotel ever, the food is so bad that you are ill for days. All 4 of us were ill with diarrhea and sickness, our son could not leave the for 4 days.
Room is small, dirty and very tatty. Towels stink, ants in the sink, bed very hard you cant sleep!
Hygeine is very low here, waitors took our uneaten bread rolls and put them back in the bakery corner for someone else to eat.
Poo in the pool, staff rude and very un-helpful and blamed the heat for being sick. Drinks served by small plastic cups, only half filled.
There are so many bad points I could go on all day. Please do not waste your money on this hotel.

Hi we had exactly the same problem, there were loads of people who were sick the management actually admitted the problem lied with the drinking water dispensers. Trying to take this further because the hotel did not tell the guests, so the ones that were sick carried on drinking this water with the aim of flushing out their systems and of course this did not work

i agree with all your comments on this hotel, worst one i have ever been to,

This was the worst hotel i have ever been to the food was diabaical myself and a friend ended up poorly on the last two days of the stay the place was infested with ants and it was supposed to be allinclusive but you had to pay for all the kids ice cream even the water in you room you had to pay for.The drinks were all in little plastic cups the toilets in the reception smelt awfull. I would not give this hotel a 2 star never mind a five star.I wouldn't recommend this hotel to any of my friends to stay. They didn't even have the facility to change money over for you.

We spent a week there last year 2009.Our grand daughter came with us and she loved it especially the jungle pool. The food was fine, the drinks taste a bit strange but not undrinkable. The rooms are clean and the staff are very friendly,i have to say they could do with new uniforms but hey im not wearing them. The snorkelling off the jetty is fantastic but there is a bit of a current at certain times of the day and im not a strong swimmer so i had to stay out then.If you want posh go somewhere else .We are returning for two weeks in May 2010 without the grand daughter, maybe this time we will get more rest...

worst hotel EVER. that is why it is sooooo cheap. have stayed in other hotels in sharm but this is the only one i had to move out of after only staying one night. 2 shirts stolen from room. please do not stay there. pay that bit more and go somewhere good. i have stayed at the melia, tropicana garden palms, amar sina, pyramisa, and one that has now changed its name to the sunrise island resort. they were all much better by far. melia was probably the best.so please think again before booking a cheap holiday here

hi. i think the only good reviews about this hotel are written by the hotel management.have stayed at 7 hotels in sharm and this is the worst hotel in sharm and infact i have EVER stayed in.we checked out after 2 nights. the hotel is grubby.the staff wear thread bare uniforms-very telling! food inedible, even the soup.no cutlery anyway.drink undrinkable! room was ok. had 2 items stolen from cupboard of my husbands on day one. staff stole the 1 euro I had paid for my daughters icecream and made me pay again or said they would call the police when i tried to check out and move hotel. please stay in other hotel in sharm.look at the price you pay. that is why it is soooo cheap. because it is sooooooooooo bad.

Just returned for the 2nd time at Hauza. Fantastic 10 days away. Everywhere clean, linen changed daily, friendly staff. good variety of food think people too fussy when they complain. Pools and beach excellent. Entertainment only let down could do with more live shows. Too many rude Russians on site but this is not hauza's fault.Would thougherly recomend Hauza and will definately be returning at some stage.

Hi,
I am in my early twenties, female and was there at that hotel alone. There may be critics out there who would wonder why I would go out there by myself but I needed to take the days off I carried over from last year before April.
While I was there one of the all male staff made indecent advances at me in my room. I had to push him away and physically push him out my room for him to back off. He made me very uncomfortable, particularly as I had only arrived at the resort about 15 mins before that and this was my first impression of the resort.
I complained about this one particular staff and I was told he would not be working there anymore. I was very relieved that the managers has been so good about dealing with this. I have been told otherwise by the managers butto my absolute disgust, this man I found out is still working there.
This is not the only incident I know about this hotel- another girl had too much to drink and all the staff swooped in when they realised this. Thankfully her bf was there to get her away from all of the staff.
Do not go to this hotel if you are female, as it does not seem to matter whether you are by yourself or with a man, they will still try to take advantage if the opportunity presents itself.

This was the worst holiday we have had in Egypt,The food was the worst we have ever had the place was full of Russian's they could not have been more obtrusive, ignorant and greedy. The grounds were full weeds, plastic cups, and any other rubbish you could thing of.
We asked at the reception desk a couple of times during the holiday to exchange some cash and they never had any of there own money.
Going back to the so called restaurant on a lunch time and evening meals the wait and queues were awful, it was like being at a free for all the majority of what was there was not for the english. We have been at much better resorts in egypt with a lower rating.
we would not recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking to have a good time. Because of the hassel and rudnesss it was easier to go out to eat even though it cost us a lot more than we would have liked.

Hausa Beach Resort Hotel, Nabq, Egypt
Our dissatisfaction was so great that we had to write a letter of complaint.
In our opinion this Hotel does not warrant the 5* awarded it. Location beautiful even if we didn't quite appreciate the number of steps in the Hotel. However, the food and restaurants were the biggest let down - cold food, no variety, had to lay our own tables,so long a wait for a drink with your meal you got it yourself. The list goes on and I'll not bore you with it. Suffice to say "We do not recommend it", such as shame, but luckily this is our fifth visit to Egypt and will come again, just not to the Hauza.

Hauza Beach Resort hotel seems to get a very unjust bad review, everything is very clean including communial toilets. all bedding & Towels changed everyday and staff exceptionally friendly polite & helpful. The food was different to what we may prepare in England but there was always something you could have. My partner would have preferred more salad but I was happy with the vegetables. as always food is a very difficult area to please everyone but they did try. Overall we had a fabulous time and whatever this hotel may not quite please you with will be made up by the absoulutely magnificient location to the coral reef, just a few steps down to the beach and the best snorknelling you will ever do both in shallow and deep water. Certainly good value for the money paid. Debbie & Martin Norfolk

are you sure you stayed at the same hotel as me ? or maybe you are a relative of the owner , but one things clear your review is far from accurate .
