This is the second time we have visited this hotel & resort, which we booked through Low Cost holidays.com. After searching on line through different websites we found low cost to be the cheapest. The hotel is very clean, there is a good range of food for all inclusive and the hotel staff are very friendly and efficient. The resort & beach is only a 10 min walk & there is a free train you can catch from outside the hotel if you do not feel like walking into the resort. This resort is a new resort and therefore also very clean with a great deal of shops and places to eat. Really great value for us & the family as there is food served all day aswell as drinks up until 12 at night. The hotel do not tolerate any bad behaviour from those that may have over indulged on the free bar which means everyone can have a nice relaxed hassle free holiday. Will be going again.

Just returned from a 7 day stay - family of 5 - Room to small and therefore very hot - seriously needs air conditioning in bedrooms. Restaurant too small for diners but the food quality and presentation could not be faulted although more variety would be good. Pool area starts the day very clean but waste from snack bar soon litters - guests take note! - Pool/pool area is too small for the number of guests. Get there early for sunbeds and it's not the Germans! lol All inclusive drinks are good and plentiful although no wine at pool side bar? Plenty of bar staff available so no major queueing for obligatory 2 drinks. Reception - Used to book tickets for Nou Camp and changing money, found them to be very friendly and helpful. Room cleaning - Excellent, room prepared each day with clean towels not intrusive. Entertainment - Usual bingo, karaoke, films for kids, disco for kids local entertainers. None offended. Day time activities fun but repeated daily. Overall this was value for money and if it had air conditioning I would definitely consider again and recommend.

Just got back from here and I loved it. The beach was lovely and there was a very handy supermarket next door. The hotel was very clean and the staff very friendly. I went just me and my boyfriend and would probbably say its more of a family hotel. There was a free shuttle to the beach which we used regularly and walked back a few times as was only 10 min walk. Weather was glorious while we where there. My boyfrind spent most of the holiday in the shade as it was too hot. Only down point would be the food isn't great, breakfast was deffo best meal of the day. i wasnt fussy on the food so lived on soup and snacks from the snack bar where you could get toasties, burgers, hot dog and chips, so even if you dont like the meals the snacks are available at certain times. Would definately go back but maybe stay in a different hotel for a different experience.

There was a very handy supermarket next door that is open until 10.00pm for any crisps or biscuits, as the hotel charges a fortune for crisps. The weather left a lot to be desired. We went for one week and had two good weather days only. The rain was horrendous and as with all hotels, we had nothing to do if it's raining. The entertainment was OK but it was very loud. If you didn't stay up, you could not get to sleep cos of the noise.

Please don't be fooled into thinking that the Santa Susanna Resort Hotel is a family orientated hotel. It isn't. The evenings in the bar were always loud, with the obligatory drunk falling over and making a fool of themselves, although security are really strict about the noise levels after 12.
The food is OK. It was a bit repetitive and never labelled, so you never really know what you're eating.
The entertainment does leave a lot to be desired. I'd suggest that if you are taking kids with you that you take something with you to keep them amused.

The Santa Susanna Resort Hotel on the Costa Brava is not too bad. It has a very clean and lovely pool. The food was OK, but not great. The rooms were clean, and the staff were lovely.
