I booked in this hotel for November 12, 2017. Unfortunately, no e-mail confirmation came. Before my trip I wrote them to request the confirmation of booking. Reply was I had not any. (Not that they bothered to reply, I had booking.com contact them as well as a friend to call them.) Then came the surprise that Inn of Chicago took the money from my bank account. I wrote them again, attached the bank statement, demanding refunding and damages. No reply. I am upset and outraged, and ready to turn to Bureau of Consumer Protection.
