The Inns of Banff isn't located close to the city centre, however it is easy to walk there, which many people enjoy or if you don't fancy the walk you can always take a free bus ride to the centre. The hotel rooms are a good size, although they could be improved somewhat with some travellers thinking that they looked a little rundown, but they were still extremely clean. The bed are comfortable, but unfortunately for some travellers the view outside let them down. The front view, is what you want, but some travellers found that they had the inside view which wasn't so great, so make sure you specify which view you want.
Despite the fact that some travellers from Expedia found that when they called reception their calls were left unanswered, they still gave the hotel an average rating of 3.4 stars. Some travellers found that they had a trek to get to their hotel room, so if you are visiting this hotel, then block A is closest to reception, with the shortest walk. Trip advisor travellers thought that the room sizes were excellent and would recommend this hotel to other travellers.
