we would like to tell you of our wonderful experience with your hotel. when we made our reservation with you we ended up having to cancel twice because of different reasons , one being the weather . We were able to make it at the last minute, your employee continued to work with us. We called at the last minute and she found a room for us. She went way out of her way to take care of us. we want you to know what a valuable associate you have working for you at the reservation desk.
