I booked a flexible rate room but had to cancell my booking. I did this and recieved a conformation email on the 22nd October stating my refund will be credited back to my account within 10 working days, well I am still waiting!! Logged this complaint with them four days ago and again still waiting for their customer service to call me. Worst customer care I have ever come across!!
