Coach Driver Got Lost!

Returned today from Ship & Castle Hotel, St. Mawes, Cornwall. Our coach driver had never been to Cornwall before and we got totally lost on journey to this hotel. Up and down A30 and round one roundabout three times!. Passengers acted as navigators and consequently arrived over an hour and a half late (also had to stop in lay-by for driver to have an extra break). Other Shearings driver (London coach) brilliant with info when he took us out for the day on Wednesday. Our driver came too and hopefully now knows the area better! Feel that he needs some training on customer communication skills as information about trips and timetable were not good. Hotel very good although we were quite chilly in our room (icy cold wind outside). Food and staff excellent. Not happy that we had to drive and park our car at Gordano Services on M5 which cost £40 when coach actually passed our junction (11) on it's way down.
