I booked this Hotel for my sons graduation, we stayed for two nights and had a brilliant time at this new and modern Hotel, The booking in was quick and easy, the staff very friendly and helpful. We had a junior suite which was wonderful, the bed was so comfy and the bathroom had both a walk in shower and separate bath. We were on the seventh floor and had a perfect view of the city. The breakfast was delicious and very filling, it was self service with hot and cold selection. We ate in the restaurant one night and the food was fab. I cannot fault this hotel and would highly recommend as a place to stay. Well done to all the staff at this Hotel.

They employ people on the cheap and don't mind how inexperienced. They are. Some are good but some need to be trained better to keep the high standards needed for such as brandthat has hotels everywhere.

Good hotel chain! Usually above-standard rooms and service. I prefer the "express" properties, as they come with free breakfast! And the options are usually pretty good. No complaints. I've stayed in several of the properties (Newport, RI; Peabody, MA; and more) and they've all been very comfortable, spacious, convenient, and budget-friendly! I'll be back!

Our family took a long trip from Asia to France. Last stop is Holiday Inn Toulouse Airport. (We didn't used the Holiday Inn Express). It is a very nice hotel, very good price, polite staff, nice free shuttle to Airport, and convenient tram and M (underground) half hour to city centre. My sons liked very much their free and strong WiFi ! We asked for connected rooms and we got it. The only problem is that their printed sheet on travel info to City Centre does not provide exact info--added with verbal interpretation by counter staff (about one day Pass, saying that one Pass for family, but actually it should be per person....and about Single Trip fees per person.....etc). Likely due to poor English interpretation. Should improve on this.

Holiday Inn is always a reliable choice you can count on, the rooms are clean, the staff is friendly and the decor updated. Above all they are safe and the hotel goes to great lengths to make certain everything is above expectations! Thank you Holiday Inn.

Located at the top of the town it is within easy walking distance of all facilities. Clean, comfortable, quiet and spacious room. Very helpful and friendly staff. Pity that they do not offer "smoking" bedrooms. Hardly ever anybody there to serve you at the bar and no way to contact them. Could do with a bell or buzzer. Would recommend this hotel if you are looking to book a room in Kenilworth.

I stayed at the Holiday Inn at Stansted Airport. The staff was very unfriendly. They would not change a £5 Note to use at their Business Centre which is also a rip off. I was send to a nearby Petrol Station to change money not even the Restaurant would change.

What a great stay-stayed at the hotel next to Birmingham New Street train station. The staff were great and the room excellent. The service was a high standard and they really looked after us all. The breakfast was also good and excellent value for money-would recommend to anyone. Best to book through the Holiday In n website as you get a very good rate we paid £76 for two with breakfast in an exe room. The rate on the walk in's was £160 so book ahead.

Having booked a room for 4 people we went out and on coming back our inidividual names were ticked off on a sheet by a mean and aggressive bouncer reading a book entitled "other peoples money"!! When being ticked off they informed us thatalthough the website had allowed it we had to pay a £40 supplement per extra person and you could not infact have 4 people in the room!! So after paying the initial £65 for the room we had to pay £40 so in total £105 for 3 in a room and get another seperate room that now cost £80! Not only was this fiasco unammusing at 4am but the manner in which it was done left a lot to be desired! Their customer service skills were horrendous! I will never visit this place again on encourage any of my friends to do so and I will pass on the story of the situation that we should not have had to deal with!!

stayed as part of a large group second weekend in Dec,and had the misfortune to sit down to the self service buffet in the restaurant, unfortunately our stay was paid for as a dinner b & b for two nights, starter on the first night was veg soup which was ok, hot buffet consisted of dried up pasta bake, dried up spare ribs, dried up fishfingers, boiled new potatoes, very pale broccoli, carrots, chinese spring rolls, and dried up burritos - now a 5 yr old can see that this is a very odd combination of dishes! I thought it may be redeemed if it tasted better than it looked, but it didnt. breakfast I have to say was ok but could have been hotter on both occasions. On the second night we went again (as already paid for) and it was no better the pasta dish had been replaced with an inedible minced beef dish that something that would have been served at school 30 years ago, really it WAS that bad, I could go on,but now to the room, room ok ,twin room with the smallest bathroom in the world, and with a shower that had seen better days, not impressed at all with Holiday Inn and wont be staying there again if I can help it. ,

When my parents came to visit us from China, I thought as a daughter all I could offer them was to make them to have a fab time in the UK. I planed to stay in London for three nights. So first thing in my mind was to book a decent and comfortable hotel for them. I spent £656 booked two rooms for three nights at Holiday inn express at Blackfriar bridge which I thought it closes to Tower of London and Big Ben, etc. Oh well, holiday inn in China has a very good reputation even the Express, but this one was not as good. The building was refurbished from a old warehouse, it has very tiny rooms. Even though I booked the rooms almost two months in advance, they still gave me two rooms far apart from each other, when I asked the recepitionist that if it's possible to move closer, she thought I was being unreasonable as she already gave us two rooms on the SAME FLOOR! The shower area was quite slippery, I was quite worried that my parents may fall. The lift was small, old and very slow. So we walked the stairs most of the time (6th floor) The breakfast was very simple, you can tell they give you the cheapest sausages they could find. The cleaning lady doesn't speak English so couldn't understand my requests. I know the hotels in London are expensive, but I paid a good price and I expect a good return, £109 per room per night is not cheap! I have to say that I am not happy with what I received and will not return to the hotel again in the future.
