I ordered a copy of MSOffice for immediate download from softwaregreat.com However the download link was broken and I decided to cancel my order. The website clearly stated that to cancel please let them know right away and I think 5 minutes fits that description. It was also well within the 3 day cancellation period allowable by US law where both the company and myself are located. I heard nothing back from them and my charge card was charged 2 days later. The website lists a phone number that is open 8:15 am to 6 pm Mon thru Saturday however after 10 phone calls at all different times there was never anyone there. I left messages but never had a call returned. There is also an online chat option but after further investigation I found that it is never available either. Also the listed address is incorrect. There is no city with the name listed in the state listed and the zipcode does not match. I did however manage to find the correct address. At this point I was fairly convinced this was a scam but I gave it one more shot and emailed them again. I told them I felt their business was untrustworthy and that I wanted my refund processed asap or I would be forced to take further action. This is the response I received: Dear Customer, Hi, Since you say I am a liar, then you think I'll give you a refund? I do not want to give you a refund. So, you can do as you say, I want to test your abilities. Thanks and Best Regards!
