Beware this company historically used a false alias and stock photo as well as a false address in Houston in order to conceal itself. Given this kind of behavior, be very wary of buying anything from this company. They clearly have something to hide.

Watch out! This company aggressively promotes a time-limited discount that is entirely fake. Not only is the discount simply renewed every 15 days (e.g. sale ending February 1, and then sale ending February 15, and then sale ending February 28, etc.), there is often no discount at all relative to the standard price. This practice is both dishonest and illegal, and has been happening for many years now.

They are taking your money because they are selling you a license and then will deactivate it and want you to buy a "new" one... over and over again. They need to be shut down. Their software is glitchy even when it worked

I bought the licence last week and I couldn't use the software because my activation key was not valid. It always asking me to buy a new licence. I sent an email but no answer. The service is really poor. I can't give any star.

I've used PDF Pro 10 for a long time now, but ... Once upon a time it worked well. Now, software has moved on, but not PDF Pro 10. It's still exactly as it was 10 years ago. It worked well 10 years ago, but now? ... Definitely not. Doesn't always open PDF's created by others. This is becoming more and more common. Occasional 'choppy' behaviour when editing PDF's. Retains only part of a hyperlink when printing a document to PDF (From MS Word). Frequently displays meaningless error codes ... and that is the end of whatever you were doing. And just to add a little more perspective, if I go to the PDF Pro 10 software update link on the desktop interface, I'm told that I'm running the very latest version. 'Support' is utterly useless. You get a half-baked response which tells you that 'support' either hasn't read the question or hasn't understood it. Then 'support' closes the request and ignores you. If I could actually give a rating of less than one, I would. I'm moving to PDF Studio.

The handful of times I've been able to use it, it seemed okay, but I just haven't got the time to keep on uninstalling, restarting the computer and then reinstalling the stupid program and finally hoping that the registration key will actually work this time. If not, do it all again. Over and over again. I asked for a refund but was told that I can only get a refund within 30 days of purchase and it took me a bit longer than that to finally throw in the towel and admit that the program has beaten me. Lesson learned - when I buy a lemon, ask for a refund sooner rather than later.

Wouldn't recommend to anyone, takes loads of time to download and also has very little difference to what you can find for free.

Don't waste your time using this software. Despite purchasing 4 licenses for my real estate team the software keeps asking us for a new key every few months despite not using the 14 day free trial. When we are on a crunch working with clients it's so so frustrating to be stuck and my employees end up having to use each others computer instead of their own. Customer service is nowhere to be found. The only way to reach them is via email and they take forever to answer....DAYS. Pay the money and use adobe pro. It's more expensive but you never get this. I've used adobe pro on an older computer in the past with great success but didn't want to pay the money for my new 4 PC's but it was a horrible mistake. You get what you pay for. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH PDF PRO 10. 

Piece of garbage. They completely misrepresent what this product does. It has spyware. Just try to get a refund or customer support.

This PDF Pro 10 is a SPYWARE!!! Beware of this business. We can NOT get rid of it once you install it. They have a special tool to cling to your computer forever and only a skillful computer tech can remove it. DO NOT EVER, EVER INSTALL THIS PIECE OF JUNK! IT IS A SPYWARE IN DISGUISE!!!I WISH I COULD GIVE THIS COMPANY A MINUS 000 RATE.

When combining several pdf files into one document, the program somehow doubles or triples the file size which is a problem if your e-mail server limits the size of attachments. With a lot of time and effort it is possible to reduce the file size but then the quality suffers significantly. I am seriously disappointed with this product.

Having tried it out, I'd have to suggest that the $50.00 really is probably all it is worth, I'll be looking at a different product.

It is pretty frustrating that there is no snapshot tool in pdf pro 10. Since it is used for editing, you'd think that they'd leave the snapshot in pro 10 but it is gone. Pretty stupid and inconvenient.

I'm in the same boat as others, bought in 2014 and now (01/17) Pdf Pro 10 needs the activation key. When I input the key, it says not a "valid full version serial". I will be purchasing another product in short order.

I purchased a license for the product; however, after a few months the software stopped working and indicated that my trial period had expired and to re-enter the license key. I was not on trial license, when I tried to re-enter the license key, it said it was invalid, I tried to download the software again to re-install, no luck. Finally sent an email to customer service, no response. After 2 weeks of no response, I sent another email, still no response after 5 days. They have no phone contact info on their site. Application is worthless if I can't use it after paying for it.
