I thoroughly enjoyed this course. Although the support pack provided plenty of information, additional reading and independent research was encouraged. Each assignment was challenging enough to keep me engaged in the course. This course helped me to learn about how to manage and resolve conflict, how to effectively supervise staff and touched on topics such as health and safety and human resources. I found all of the units relevant to the modern day workplace and they also provided a good foundation to move onto a higher level if I want to. The tutor was very responsive meaning I felt supported throughout the course. All feedback was constructive which helped me develop strong assignments.
